Audrey Odogu is a seasoned social development and sustainability professional with extensive experience in driving impactful initiatives across Nigeria and Africa. Her work spans non-profit management, development programs, and advocacy platforms, focusing on bridging the digital divide through strategic digital skilling programs, education, youth (TVET) training, reskilling for employment, grantmaking, and building non-profit capacity. She also has a proven track record in healthcare advocacy and business development for non-profits, combining strategic insights with operational excellence to drive sustainable growth and systemic change.
Audrey is dedicated to fostering a tech-enabled workforce in Nigeria, equipping individuals and businesses with the skills required to thrive in the 21st-century workplace. She has been instrumental in scaling digital skilling programs that contribute to building a robust talent pipeline for the future of work. Her expertise in healthcare aligns with her commitment to advancing women’s health through innovative non-profit strategies and impactful advocacy.
Audrey holds a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science. Over the course of her career, she has worked with globally renowned organizations such as Microsoft, where she led philanthropies and CSR investments in Nigeria, as well as ACT Foundation, Ishk Tolaram Foundation, and United for Education Foundation. Her leadership has consistently driven sustainable growth, enhanced organizational impact, and strengthened partnerships within the development sector.
A certified sustainability professional and a member of the Sustainability Professionals Institute of Nigeria (SPIN), Audrey is also a certified Strategy and Planning Expert from Lagos Business School (LBS). She serves as a board member of two foundations in Nigeria, contributing her expertise to strategic governance and program development.
Audrey is deeply passionate about advancing women’s health and gender equity. Through her advocacy platform, Save the Cervix Initiative, she is committed to eradicating cervical cancer, the second leading cause of death among women in Nigeria. Her work focuses on raising awareness, promoting prevention, and empowering women to take charge of their health. She envisions a liberated, equitable society where women’s health and rights are prioritized.
Recognized for her leadership and impact, Audrey is a recipient of the 2023 Top 50 Women in Management Africa (WIMA) award and the 2024 Top 50 African Women in Development (AWID) award by Donors for Africa Foundation. She continues to champion innovative solutions for digital empowerment, healthcare access, and sustainable development across Africa.
