2026 Social Impact Tech Awards Nomination Form

Nominate an outstanding individual or organization using technology to create positive social change and sustainable development in their communities.

PLEASE NOTE

 
1. Award is strictly meritorious, so we encourage nominees must meet up with the description, and eligibility criteria’s listed in each category.
2. You are only advised to nominate individuals or organizations you are familiar with as you will be required to provide some details to support your nomination. 
3. Nomination can only be done one time per category, meaning you will need to submit when you nominate in one category, then come back if you wish to nominate for another category.
4. This is not a voting system, so, each nominee only need one nomination for each category, after which a panel of judges will go through all nominations and select the top 3 nominees out of which a winner will be announced. Multiple nominations are strongly discouraged. 
 
5. Nominees work or solution must align with the The 17 Sustainable Development Goals which are;
  • SDG 1 – No Poverty: Eradicating extreme poverty.
  • SDG 2 – Zero Hunger: Achieving food security, improving nutrition, and promoting sustainable agriculture.
  • SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being: Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all ages.
  • SDG 4 – Quality Education: Providing inclusive, equitable, and quality education.
  • SDG 5 – Gender Equality: Empowering all women and girls.
  •  
  • SDG 6 – Clean Water and Sanitation: Ensuring the sustainable management of water and sanitation.
  • SDG 7 – Affordable and Clean Energy: Expanding access to affordable, reliable, and sustainable modern energy.
  • SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth: Promoting sustainable economic growth and productive employment.
  • SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure: Building resilient infrastructure and fostering innovation.
  • SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities: Reducing inequalities within and among countries.
  • SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities: Making cities safe, inclusive, and resilient.
  • SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production: Ensuring sustainable consumption and production patterns.
  • SDG 13 – Climate Action: Taking urgent action to combat climate change.
  • SDG 14 – Life Below Water: Conserving and sustainably using marine resources.
  • SDG 15 – Life on Land: Protecting terrestrial ecosystems, forests, and combating desertification.
  • SDG 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions: Promoting peaceful, inclusive societies and access to justice.
  • SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals: Strengthening global partnerships to support the SDGs. 
6. The panel of judges have the final authority to select the nominees for each category.
